Eyes, Ears and Dental check ups:

Your healthy eyes, ears and teeth can allow you to enjoy what you do. Take steps to have your eyesight checked, ears checked and visit a dental clinic regularly.

There are specific foods that can keep your eyes, ears and teeth healthy.
1. Calcium from dairy products, green leafy vegetables. soy, calcium fortified foods and beverages, and dietary supplements.

2. Vitamin D from eggs, liver, fish, milk and dietary supplements.

3. Vitamin A, B, C, from sweet potatoes, carrots, bananas and other tropical fruits, liver, fish and dietary supplements.
