Healthy Bones check ups:

Your healthy bones can allow you to enjoy outdoors, walking, dancing, lifting, climbing, sitting and all activities. Take steps to keep bones healthy through good diet and active life. So, visit a clinic regularly and engage in activities that make you move about.



There are specific foods that can keep your eyes, ears and teeth healthy.
1. Calcium from dairy products, green leafy vegetables. soy, calcium fortified foods and beverages, and dietary supplements.

2. Vitamin D from eggs, liver, fish, milk and dietary supplements.

3. Vitamin A, B, C, from sweet potatoes, carrots, bananas and other tropical fruits, liver, fish and dietary supplements.

4. Weight-bearing or weight-resistant exercise such as walking, climbing, playing, sports, or lifting weights.
