The Benefits of Exercise! What???

Imagine you live on the other side of town. Say, the steep hills of so and so and it takes you an hour to get to your home. Or you just have to get in your car to get home. Or, all you have to do is get on a Muni or BART to get to your home. You have done this 20 years out of 30 somethingth of your life! The benefits of hard work, you are enjoying your hard earned life.

Imagine this too, you can have an increased and deeper volume of air that goes into your lungs all your life if you want to. You can have your muscles on a rich red blood meal up to the deepest interstices. You can make your body an effective eliminator of waste in form of sweat, urination and fecal waste removal. Your intestines can be stronger and have better movement thereby enabling you to move digested food along the bowel lines effectively. You can burn toxic substances more effectively while you are also toning your muscles and making your bones stronger.

Am sure you are asking how you can have your cake and eat it too. Pardon me! How you can enjoy your hard earned rest and the benefits of exercise at the same time.

Exercise, walk, stretch, lift something, run, swim, play tennis, golf, sing, dance regularly.
